In order to update and maintain our website and wedding bookings, the site webmaster has access to all the data contained on and processed by the website and this data will be passed to each supplier in The Wedding Clan (Irene's Florist, Pamela Jaynes Bridal, Taylor Made Kilts, Tommy Hamilton Photography, We Are One Wedding Films and Wee Cakes N Bakes).

 

Any Marketing Data (where opted in) and Booking data is processed by the data processor for each supplier within The Wedding Clan under their individual Data Processing policy.

 

The data is stored on encrypted Google cloud storage. Any other correspondence is also stored within this account. All email is processed by the Google (who are GDPR compliant) with the webmaster and data processor having access to this account.

 

Data is not passed to any third parties outwith the suppliers in The Wedding Clan for any reason.

 

Any information that we collect about you is stored electronically. It may also be printed and stored in our filing systems. Personal details collected for the purpose of processing bookings are retained for two years from the time of booking. After this, all personal information is deleted.

 

We will keep your personal information confidential except to the extent that we are compelled to disclose it by law (for example, where fraud or other crime is involved) or to comply with an instruction of a regulatory body of competent jurisdiction.

 

The ‘Contact Us’ enquiry form is stored StudioNinja and where opted into Marketing, stored in MailChimp. StudioNinja and MailChimp are GDPR compliant. When a booking is made, any data will be dealt with following each supplier Data Processing Policy.
